The form below is for people who would actually like to purchase a membership to Club Eros.
You will receive in the mail a membership package on the club, along with your membership card,
for the both of you to attend Club Eros events.
(As we are not open to the general public, you will require a membership
in order to attend Club Eros on an on-going basis.)

If you have no interest in attending our club in Toronto, there is no need to fill out this form.

All of our mailings come out in discrete, plain white business envelopes
with no name or logo on the outside, just a simple PO Box return address.
Virtually all of our members are concerned about discretion, and we respect that.

Submitting this form indicates that both my partner and I have read & understood the club rules and other information on the Club Eros website. We will also sign a "Rules Acknowledgement" form on our first visit to the club. (Text of the "Rules Acknowledgment" is printed below - ID is required at the club when signing this form)

Club Eros is a private membership club for couples interested in the swing scene to meet others with similar interests in a social setting without any pressure or obligations.

1/ Club Eros is a very liberal off-premise swingers social club and although we don’t have facilities for full on-premise swinging, limited consensual sexual situations can and do occasionally occur.
2/ If your invitation is declined you must accept their “No” gracefully. Members shall at all times conduct themselves according to commonly accepted swinging etiquette.
3/ Memberships are granted to a couple as a unit. Neither partner is a member without the other, and neither may attend with someone other than their regular partner without prior permission. If a couple break-up, the membership is void.
4/ Membership does not guarantee invitation to any private functions whatsoever.
5/ Use of illegal drugs and/or overindulgence in alcohol at any club function will not be tolerated.
6/ Breach of membership conditions is cause for membership to be revoked.
7/ Memberships are non refundable for any reason.

Club Eros reserves the right to refuse admission and membership to anyone without cause or explanation, as is the right of a legitimate Private Club.

All members attending Club Eros are expected to be courteous, law abiding and friendly at all times. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave and/or revoke membership of any person who becomes obnoxious, unruly, engages in any illegal acts, or casts aspersions on the good name of Club Eros or any of its participants. Management also prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices of any kind, and shall aggressively pursue such legal remedies available in order to preserve the rights and privacy of the Club and its members.

Both my partner and I have read and understood the club rules and agree to abide by them. We also understand that the purpose of the club is for couples interested in the swinging scene or “Lifestyle”, to get together with other like-minded couples for socializing, dancing and uninhibited conversation. We also understand that casual full or partial nudity and limited sexual situations can occur occasionally and that we are not offended by this. We both warrant that we are not members or affiliates of the press seeking to publish information on the club in any media whatsoever without the express permission of the club owners. We both further warrant that we are not members or affiliates of any law enforcement association seeking to investigate the club or it’s members.
We are both interested in actively and personally exploring this lifestyle for personal enrichment. We are not obligated to enter into a swinging relationship with anyone at this point or in the future.

Admission is available to members of Club Eros(and affiliated clubs) and their invited guests only. No-one will be admitted without a valid invitation letter, unless accompanied by a sponsoring member.


Email Payment Option

If you bank via internet banking with one of the "Big Five" Banks here in Canada (Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Royal, Scotiabank or TD) they all now offer a new email payment option which is fast, secure, confidential and very, very cool.  It's operated by Certapay (the folks who designed Interac) and runs through Interac exactly like your debit card works.

how it works

The funds do not go by email, only the confirmation. The funds never the leave the banking system and are handled through the electronic clearing system much like a cheque or Interac purchase. It's totally confidential - no one gets your bank account info and you don't get theirs. You need to be set up with your bank for web-banking and have a valid email address ... and that's it! I tried it and it was about 2 minutes from when I logged in and set up the transfer on my personal account till it came through on an email notification and was deposited into my business account. (The transaction was instant - the two minutes is what it took me to key in what I needed to have happen!) Try it out for yourself, you won't believe how fast and easy it is.

IMPORTANT:  You'll need to think up a security question to use, the answer to which must be an alphanumeric word with no spaces. (all letters, or all numbers or a mixture of both. Some systems are case senstive, some aren't, so use all lower case just to be safe.)

To use the email option to pay for a membership on our system, select email from the credit card dropdown option. Then where it says credit card number, put your security question there and where it says expiry put the answer required (we need to be able to supply that answer to validate the email transfer - you can use a different one every time you use the email payment option - You'll be prompted again for the question and answer on the actual email form on your bank site. If you can't think of a good question try using your postalcode ... but no spaces) Then when you've filled out the membership form on our site completely, make note of the payment amount including tax and send the form. Then log onto your own bank, select email transfer, and send the payment to us at party@cluberos.ca. That's all there is to it!
