EMPLOYMENT AT CLUB EROS

We are always on the look-out for happy, fun and talented people to
add to our staff. Club Eros is consistently growing and our
need
for more people on our team is always increasing. Most especially we
need
to add to our roster of part-time, on-call and fill-in staff to cover
for
our regulars when they need time-off or can't make it out one evening
for
whatever reason (families, regular employment, illness or simply
"real
life" getting in the way) Many of these fill-in positions can and
do
lead to long term, regular employment at Club Eros if that's
what
you want. The qualities we prize most highly in our staff are
personality,
honesty and reliability. An exisiting Club Eros membership is
not
a pre-requisite for our employees, but can become an added "perq" in
some
cases for regular team members.
If working at our club, either temporarily or regularly appeals to

best way to do so is to apply in person, either at a club event or
better
yet during the week Mon- Fri in the late afternoon or early evening.

for more than experience in our books.
Positions Available at Club
Eros:
Bartender
Our bartenders are very outgoing and very friendly. Although previous
bar
experience is preferred, it is not essential, as attitude and
personality
are more important, as long as you are willing to learn. It is however
imperative that you have a "Smart Serve" certificate (You can
obtain one online at .https://www.smartserve.org/home.asp?rdp=shop&
) We don't look for hard-sell drink-pushers, but rather those who
can
provide friendly, efficient and casual service. When things aren't
busy,
your conversation skills and flirtatiousness will be important, but
when
it's busy, we need you to get into high gear. As with all of our
employees,
our bartenders need to be enthusiatic supporters of the lifestyle in
general
and our club in particular. Getting involved in our theme nights is all
part of the fun of working at Club Eros.
Receptionist
Our front desk receptionist is often the first contact for new couples
coming out to the club. As a result, we need someone who, along with
everything
else, is comfortable fielding a myriad of questions from shy and
nervous
newcomers. Your primary duties however are greeting members, handling
admission
fees and membership renewals, signing in guests (and checking ID),
and making sure that only members and their guests are admitted. You'll
also be helping to co-ordinate our games and contests, and keep track
of
winners etc. You'll need to have a head for figures as you'll be
handling
cash (and are responsible for balancing), and you need to be
friendly
and outgoing in greeting both newcomers and exisitng members. As with
all
of our employees, our receptionists need to be enthusiatic supporters
of
the lifestyle in general and our club in particular. Getting involved
in
our theme nights is all part of the fun of working at Club Eros.
Kitchen Assistant
Our terrific midnight snack buffet is one of the things our club has
become
well-known for. In the words of one visitor to our club "Your
buffet
rocks!". Preparing it all is therefore an impoartant part of
one
of our evenings, and naturally, we need someone who is good with food
to
help do so. It's not complicated cooking, so we don't need a chef or
even
neccessarily a trained cook, but we do need someone who has a good bit
of food sense and knows their way around a kitchen. Naturally it
involves
not only the prepartion, and presentation of the buffet, but also the
neccessary
clean-up afterwards. For the most part the pace is unrushed (except
of course for the last few minutes before the buffet comes out when
everything
seems to happen at once), and both prep and clean-up can be done at
a leisurely pace. A good sense of food hygene and a high cleanliness
quotient
are important for our Kitchen Assistant.
Host Couples
With the steady and consistent influx of new couples who are are
attending
our club lately, and the even larger number who are waiting in the
wings
and have not yet made their inaugural appearance., we find that we need
more than just occasional help with hosting duties. We need to add
several
more couples to our host team, and we’re open to applications,
suggestions,
nominations etc for couples in our membership who A) would
make
good hosts, and B) welcome the challenges which this role
offers.
We need couples who are both outgoing and comfortable with their
involvement
in the lifestyle, and willing to share their experiences and attitudes
with new couples. We most especially need couples who can make a
regular
and consistent commitment to attending club functions and helping
with
host duties. If this role appeals to you, please feel free to discuss

you
at all talk to us about it. Also if a couple have made you feel
extremely
welcome, then nominate them for our host team (they may have never
considered
that they were good at it so didn't apply ... but you know differently
right?)
